The Assistant Country Manager will:</p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li>Drive operational efficiency and customer engagement.</li><li>Liaise with stakeholders, regulators, and key partners.</li><li>Work closely with senior management to align operations with the company’s strategic objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to support growth and market penetration.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Proven <strong>leadership and people management</strong> skills.</li><li>Experience in <strong>operations management</strong>, preferably within betting, gaming, or FMCG industries.</li><li>Strong <strong>strategic planning</strong> and organizational abilities.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication and interpersonal</strong> skills.</li><li>Strong <strong>decision-making and problem-solving</strong> abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of compliance requirements in the betting industry is an added advantage.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Business Administration, Management, or a related field</strong> (preferred).</li></ul><p><br></p>
