<p>As a <strong>Customer Care & Sales Specialist</strong>, you’ll be the first point of contact for families navigating cremation and end-of-life services. You’ll guide them with compassion, educate them on their options, and help them feel confident. Your key responsibilities will include:</p>

<li>Answer inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.</li>
<li>Understand families’ needs and explain service options clearly.</li>
<li>Guide leads through a structured sales process with care and follow-up.</li>
<li>Maintain contact via calls, texts, and emails to support decision-making.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service handoffs.</li>
<li>Track and update lead progress in internal systems and CRM tools.</li>
<li>Participate in regular team check-ins and share feedback.</li>
<li>Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment.</li>

<p>We’re looking for <strong>motivated, compassionate sales professionals</strong> with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:</p>

<li>2+ years of experience in consumer sales. <strong>(Required)</strong></li>
<li>Fluency in English (spoken and written). <strong>(Required)</strong></li>

<li>Strong organization and comfort with tools like CRMs and VoIP.</li>
