Customer Service Executive Job

 

We’re an Energy Services company offering Smart Metering, Utility Billing, Energy Management & Renewable Energy Solutions for residential, commercial & industrial customers.

 

What You’ll Do

 

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible of attending to all customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer service will also be responsible of onboarding potential customers and contributing to the increase of sales.

Key Responsibilities

 

Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner and keep customers from churning.

Offering high quality customer experience to all our customers by building systems to manage customer queries effectively.

Providing customers with products and service information by clearly explaining procedures and offering relevant information. Informing customers of promotions on all our products.

Documenting all customer interaction according to the standard Operating procedures.

Generating and identifying sales leads by reaching out to potential customers.

Ability to use the technical systems provided and prepare reports.

Handling customer-service related inquiries tactfully, courteously and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

 

Degree in Communications, Business Management, or a Social course.

1 year experience as a full-time customer care personnel.

Experience working in a call centre

Proficiency in Basic Computer Software and phone systems
