You will monitor, detect, and respond to security threats while working hands-on with advanced security platforms and ensuring compliance with PCI, SOX, and internal security standards. We seek a candidate with robust technical skills and extensive experience with leading cybersecurity tools who is driven to enhance our security practices continuously.</p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents across systems and networks.</li><li>Manage and support enterprise security tools, including:</li><ul><li>EDR/MDR: SentinelOne</li><li>Privileged Access: CyberArk, BeyondTrust</li><li>Network Security: Palo Alto, Prisma Access, Imperva, Secure Browser</li><li>Email & Data Security: Mimecast, Barracuda, TrustArc, DMARC, PII Tools, DLP</li><li>Vulnerability & Auditing: Nessus, ADAudit</li><li>Endpoint & Monitoring: Tanium, Atera</li></ul><li>Assist with PCI/SOX audit readiness and evidence collection.</li><li>Recommend and implement security best practices, policies, and standards.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen security across applications, cloud, and end-user environments.</li><li>Support other security initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:</b></p><p>To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:</p><p><b>Education/Work Experience:</b></p><p>A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in information security within enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with various security tools and platforms along with a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX are essential.</p><p><b>License/Certifications:</b></p><p>Security-related certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CEH are strongly preferred but not required.</p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>Strong technical knowledge across cybersecurity domains and tools.</li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to respond swiftly to incidents.</li><li>Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Customer-service mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams.</li><li>Self-motivated and adaptable; skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work at the Support Center consistent with the hybrid work policy.</li></ul><p><b>About Us:</b></p><p>Since 1980, El Pollo Loco has been committed to serving delicious citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken.
