Handle incoming calls, live chats, and emails from customers regarding flight bookings, schedule changes, baggage inquiries, and loyalty program concerns.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of courtesy and professionalism.
Provide accurate information regarding Delta Airlines services, policies, and procedures.
Use internal systems to track issues, escalate technical problems, and log customer interactions.
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
Adhere to performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.
š Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with common customer service software, CRM platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industries.

š Working Hours
Full-time role with flexible shifts between 6:00 AM ā 10:00 PM EST, including weekends and holidays.
Rotating schedule to accommodate time zones and global customer needs.
