One of our companies is currently looking for an HR Coordinator in Florida.

 

This role is ideal for a highly organized and experienced Human Resources professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing, global team. As the HR Coordinator, you'll take ownership of core HR operations, drive recruitment strategies, and help shape a strong and inclusive company culture. You'll work across departments to manage onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance—both domestically and internationally. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone passionate about organizational development and people-first leadership in a digital-first environment.

 

Accountabilities:

 

Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies aligned with local and international employment laws

Foster a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives and effective conflict resolution

Oversee performance management systems to support professional development

Coordinate training programs that align with business and employee growth goals

Ensure compliance across compensation, payroll, and benefits administration

Partner with Finance and Operations for seamless onboarding, background checks, and HR audits

Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization

 

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in digital marketing, tech, or eCommerce sectors

Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and international employment regulations

Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Experience in benefits, payroll, and compensation strategy is a strong advantage
