Your core responsibilities will include:</p> </div> <ul> <li>Proactively reaching out to prospective customers through outbound sales strategies.</li> <li>Educating families on the importance of pre-planning and guiding them through each step of the decision-making process.</li> <li>Building trust, rapport, and long-term relationships while confidently handling objections.</li> <li>Managing a structured sales pipeline and ensuring consistent follow-ups.</li> <li>Using a mix of calls, texts, and emails to engage leads and move them toward a decision.</li> </ul> <div> <strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div> <div>We’re looking for <strong>motivated, compassionate, and persuasive sales professionals</strong> who thrive in an independent remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have:</p> </div> <ul> <li><strong>Sales experience</strong> <strong>(Required)</strong> Relationship-based sales experience (real estate, insurance, wealth management, memberships) is a strong plus.</li> <li>A <strong>persuasive and confident communication style</strong>, with the ability to close deals. <strong>(Required)</strong></li> <li><strong>Fluency in English</strong> (spoken and written). <strong>(Required)</strong></li> <li>Availability to work <strong>PST hours.
