Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking dynamic, passionate, and highly motivated Tamil language teachers for primary and secondary school levels. As a Tamil teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach a diverse group of students, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of Tamil language and literature, while fostering a love for the language and its cultural significance. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning levels (primary and secondary).
Teach Tamil language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Develop and deliver lessons that align with the national curriculum and learning objectives.
Create and grade assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback to students.
Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
Maintain records of student progress and report to parents and school authorities regularly.
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to stay updated with teaching methodologies.
Encourage and facilitate extracurricular activities related to Tamil culture and language.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Tamil, Education, or a related field.
Strong command of the Tamil language (both spoken and written).
Certification in teaching or related educational qualifications preferred.
Proven ability to teach and manage students effectively.

Experience
