The Volunteer Coach will be responsible for mentoring and coaching young athletes, developing training programs, and organizing community sports events. The role also includes evaluating athletes' performances, providing guidance to improve skills, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. Additionally, the coach will collaborate with other staff members, maintain equipment, and promote the organization's mission and values.<br><br> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Coaching, mentoring, and youth development skills</li><li>Experience in developing and implementing training programs</li><li>Strong organizational and event planning skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members</li><li>Passion for sports and commitment to community development</li><li>First aid and CPR certification is a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field is preferred</li></ul>
