<p style="text-align:left"><b>Title:</b></p>Junior Consultant, Advisory & Consulting<p></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Principal Advisor, the individual will work within the Global Energy Transition Advisory team, in close collaboration with the organization’s vast engineering, technology, and scientific resource base.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Functional job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Provide input into a range of consulting projects through the operation of sophisticated internal models.</p></li><li><p>Develop new analyses, create and deliver presentations and reports.</p></li><li><p>Extract and analyze data from internal and external sources such as databases, websites, and industry interviews.</p></li><li><p>Develop complex economic models that assess various energy assets and simulate global commodity trade flows.</p></li><li><p>Perform predictive analytics that evaluate investment decisions using various statistical concepts and tools.</p></li><li><p>Review projects internally and identify follow-up and re-sale opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate resources and expertise with other offices and business units worldwide to deliver leading-edge solutions and excellent techno-commercial outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Support the Director and other Principals in developing creative advisory solutions tailored to clients' bespoke requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provide input and support for strategic market communications.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Job Requirements:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Engineering and/or Science, with additional qualifications in Business or Economics.</p></li><li><p>3 years of energy/related industry experience, with 2+ years specific to several energy transition topics listed above.</p></li><li><p>Experience with advisory consulting firms, with demonstrated capability to grow advisory business, will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Capability in delivering high-end advisory projects and managing key stakeholders is well-regarded.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Energy Transition technical concepts and commercial feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with the broad ESG ecosystem, including local and international carbon markets, rules, and regulations.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate business acumen (ability to grasp the commercial feasibility of proposals) and financial literacy (ability to understand basic financial concepts and evaluation methods).</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively with direct team members, as well as broader colleagues.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>
