Within this group, the Advanced Energy Market Innovation team is a specialized unit focused on redesigning power markets to unlock latent grid capacity, support flexible resources, and enable clean firm technologies.<br><br>Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.<br><br>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive analytical projects and partnerships from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are aligned with advanced energy's objectives.</li><li>Manage and support the full life-cycle of market innovation initiatives, including internal planning, securing cross-functional approvals, scoping statements of work, managing vendors, and coordinating with partners.</li><li>Synthesize market analysis into practical insights and proposals for strategic advocacy, executive decision-making, and industry-facing thought leadership.</li><li>Translate technical research results into high-impact artifacts, including formal comments for regulatory dockets, policy briefs, and practical proposals for market reform.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.<br><br><br></li></ul>Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
