Position details:
Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Sunday, 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. Extra hours can be taken on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time
Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China
Class duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one classes)
Remuneration: Set base rate of 12 USD per hour
Contract type: Independent Service Provider with The Great Teacher Company

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging English lessons to kids' students
Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment
Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback and grading of homework
Specific qualifications required for this role:
TESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours
TESL/TEFL Certificate
TESL/TEFL Diploma Level
Additional requirements for this role:
Applicant Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field)
Accredited, completed 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or TEYL
2 years of teaching experience
English first language speakers from the USA, Canada, or the UK.
Computer literate with a clear criminal record
Engaging and inspiring communication skills
Punctual and precise timekeeping

Internet connection: Stable fiber connection, minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
Accessories: Noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
