Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Engage in written communication with new and existing customers on digital platforms

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Provide sales-driven support and upselling in chats

  • Follow clear processes and guidelines while working independently

  • Contribute to the teams overall success and growth


    • Excellent written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
    • Strong communicator, reliable, and motivated to learn

    • Flexible with working hours (part-time or full-time possible)

    • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or social media is an advantage but not required
