You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about Faithful to Nature's ethos and delivering exceptional customer service!<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Uphold Company brand and standards at all times.</li><li>Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.</li><li>Maximise store sales targets and encourage multiple Sales.</li><li>Provide customers with up to date advise and general knowledge of our Product and Environment.</li><li>Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).</li><li>Inform customers about discounts and special offers in store. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with new products/services.</li><li>Replenish store floor with merchandise.</li><li>Ensure all fixtures, prongs and shopfitting are fixed and the correct usage of equipment is adhered to.</li><li>Ensure the successful operation of the store by closely following directive instructed by Store Management.</li><li>Assist with opening and closing procedures at all times.</li><li>Keep store clean and tidy at all times.</li><li>Unpack stock as per FtN procedure.</li><li>Ensure IBT’s and stock control of all incoming and outgoing stock adhered to. </li><li>Ensure that all administrative task like ( Daily Banking, Daily and weekly banking sheet, target sheets, Admin cross checks (voids and cancellations) and Disbursement controls) are adhere to. </li><li>Any other ad hoc duties required from time to time. <br><br></li></ul><strong>The Ideal Person Must<br><br></strong><ul><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain a professional attitude and attire at all times.</li><li>Build and motivate staff members, ensuring enthusiastic liaising between customers and staff.</li><li>Respecting fellow colleagues and considering their input and ideas, leading to teamwork, rendering passionate and extraordinary customer service.</li><li>Ensure personal development through meaningful training & development initiatives.</li><li>Be self-motivated.</li><li>Have tolerance for Stress (perform under pressure).</li><li>Be energetic (maintain a high activity level).</li><li>Take initiative (self-starting, take action to achieve goals beyond what is necessarily called for).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Matric or NQF equivalent.</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite .</li><li>1-2 years Retail and Customer experience.</li><li>Have Health and Wellness knowledge to assist Customers. </li><li>Communicate effectively in English.</li><li>Communication (Listening, oral, oral presentation, written).</li><li>Administrative Orientation (personal satisfaction from administrative performance and responsibilities).</li><li>Sales Ability/Persuasiveness (utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communication to gain agreement or acceptance of an idea, plan, activity or product from clientele).</li><li>Have own reliable transport.</li></ul>
