specialist is responsible for managing the global process by which marketing and Thought Leadership content is localized, optimized , and distributed across channels.<br><br>This role ensures that translated content — from articles and webpages to emails, ads, and social posts — is accurate , timely , and regionally relevant.<br><br>Working closely with the Global Head of Content, Regional Marketing Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and native language reviewers, the Content Operations Specialist will oversee end-to-end translation workflows powered by AI-assisted tools, manage approvals, and coordinate final delivery to all distribution channels.<br><br>This role sits at the intersection of content operations, technology, and marketing enablement, making it ideal for a structured, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a global matrix environment.<br><br><strong>Primary Duties Will Include<br><br></strong><strong> Content localization & translation management <br><br></strong><ul><li> Oversee the end-to-end process of identifying, prioritizing, and executing translation of marketing content across key languages and regions. </li><li> Partner with the Global Head of Content to define language priorities and quarterly localization roadmaps. </li><li> Develop and enforce translation guidelines to ensure tone, terminology, and brand consistency across languages. </li><li> Manage translation workflows using AI tools, integrating human feedback from regional reviewers and SMEs. </li><li> Maintain visibility of all translation projects using operational dashboards and trackers. </li><li> Develop localization guides, terminology glossaries, and approval templates to drive consistency across all regions. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> AI translations optimization <br><br></strong><ul><li> Lead implementation and optimization of AI-powered translation tools. </li><li> Create and manage feedback loops between AI translation outputs, native language reviewers, and in-market stakeholders. </li><li> Continuously monitor translation performance metrics—accuracy, turnaround time, and model quality. </li><li> Maintain training data, tone-of-voice prompts, and workflows to enhance translation precision. </li><li> Capture stakeholder feedback to improve quality and efficiency across the content operations lifecycle. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> Process & workflow design <br><br></strong><ul><li> Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for translation, review, and publishing workflows. </li><li> Coordinate global content scheduling, approvals, and handoffs with subject matter experts and regional marketers. </li><li> Oversee delivery timelines using JIRA or other traffic management tools, ensuring visibility across teams and leadership. </li><li> Serve as a central liaison between content creation, localization, and distribution teams to ensure operational alignment. </li><li> Manage the publishing and trafficking of localized content across all distribution channels: </li><li> Website – oversee translation upload, QA, and go-live coordination with web teams. </li><li> Social Media – coordinate localized content posting schedules with global and regional teams. </li><li> Email – ensure translated assets and templates are properly QA’d and scheduled for dispatch. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Regulatory Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards and values. </li><li> Adhere to and proactively enhance the firm’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct in all jurisdictions in which the Firm conducts business and which have an impact on its business. </li><li> Work to identify risks and enhance control across the business. </li><li> Ensuring all project files are updated at all times on the network drive . <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>To land this role you will need:<br><br></strong><ul><li> 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, content localization, or traffic/project management within a global organization (financial services preferred). </li><li> Strong familiarity with workflow and traffic management tools, including JIRA (mandatory), and experience with alternatives such as Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or Workfront. </li><li> Proven track record in managing multilingual or multi-market content programs. </li><li> Experience working with AI or machine translation technologies and optimizing processes through feedback and automation. </li><li> Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing workflows (web, email, social). </li><li> Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. </li><li> Analytical mindset — confident in creating reports, tracking KPIs, and recommending improvements. </li><li> Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages a plus. </li><li> Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver. </li><li> Comfortable working across multiple time zones and collaborating virtually with diverse
